iO Associates: Vision Setting Workshop - January, 2024

In January 2024, the Tech Leadership Collective of Philadelphia hosted an engaging event titled “Unpackaging Your True Potential,” led by Navixha, to help executives kickstart the new year with focus, direction, and energy. The session aimed to help participants define their goals and visions for the year, providing insights on identifying barriers and creating intentional, incremental plans to overcome them.

Senior executives explored themes such as addressing present situational challenges, creating clarity in their desired paths, breaking free from unhelpful patterns and relationships, and achieving goals through techniques to clear and calm the mind. Participants left energized and equipped with powerful strategies for setting clear goals and overcoming barriers, all while networking with fellow industry leaders!
