Why it matters
Constant scrolling, poor nutrition, and overstimulation are draining focus, energy, and discipline. This program helps students reset their minds and lifestyles to take back control.

Important Notes for Registration
- Morning Sessions: 9:30 AM — 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Sessions: 2:00 PM — 4:30 PM
- *Holiday Week: Week 4 (June 29 – July 2) runs Monday through Thursday only. We have set a flat rate of $145 for this session for all students.
- The Continuity Edge: All subsequent courses after the first enrollment are discounted to $170 to encourage multi-week mastery.
